  ISO landscaper $1 - San Tan Valley, Arizona We are planning on putting our house up for sale here in San Tan Valley within the next two weeks. We live a few miles past Ironwood and Ocotillo. Before we take listing photos and put it on the market, I need someone to come out and clean up our yard. Our lot size is just over 4,000 sq ft. Just looking for someone who can clean up the minimal weeds in the rock in the front/back yard, clean up our bushes and rake the leaves in our yard, etc. and make the landscaping look great before we try to sell.
