I am looking for some advice and recommendations,
I have Graves' disease and having symptoms of pains in the joints of my wrists,elbows,knees,feet and wrists.
I also have a scoliosis of the spine and a winged scapular causing pain in my neck back and shoulders.
I am contemplating Pilates or yoga.
Would either or both help with my pains/discomfort and can anyone recommend a Pilates or yoga class in sandbach?
I am wondering if yoga would be too much to start with, and if it is best to start with Pilates?
Any advise and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
