Hi all,
We are going to be doing some remodeling of the kitchen. We are seeking someone who can provide us a plan of what to put where. We aren't doing a gazillion dollar redo. Looking for a simple plan not gutting and redoing all. Anyone know of someone we can call on?

We are looking to remodel our bathroom soon and I was wondering if anyone had personal experience with a licensed/insured remodeler (would be great if they did your bathroom) that they would recommend.
Thanks.

Troy A Patty Hill isn't licensed, but I can vouch for him personally. He has much experience w/ bathroom remodels. In fact, I know he's currently on such a job. Extremely ethical and has been training his sons to work with him. He's a local family man and I highly recommend him! He has testimonials on his website if you Google Handyman Hill.
I know of a GREAT handyman -- English speaking and highest ethical standards -- who works for $55/hr ($65/hr if a 2-person job)... he has a website: www.handymanhill.com
