  Peter L. wrote: My flat roof leaked numerous times over years and patches by various roofers did not hold up. I then got estimates from several roofers, ranging up to $11,000 for the job. Clarence Smith did it for $5,200 and the roof has been leak free for well over a year now. They did the work neatly, efficiently and cleaned up comp;letely when the job was done.
