My main objective here is not just to buy hotel and plane tickets together, but also to have local custom trips that are also included in the price. I've only found Interpidtravel, however, I'm looking for alternatives. Does anyone know more companies that offer this?

U just hafta look at the additional flight charge depending on where u fly out (cinci, cbus, or indy) on the following page which is usually 150-200 dollars.
