  ok the gov't has suggested I go wade thru the water at the back and make sure it has a clear path to run back into the river, they maintain I should be able to do this with a spade, although I am unclear on how they came to this conclusion as they never came on my property and looked. But regardless does anyone know of people you can hire to do this? that are qualified and know what they are doing. I am only 5' 1" and I know the water will be high, I do not want anyone to risk their life, but is there anyone who knows about things like this. AM LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS AND HELP HERE, NOT FOR NEGITAVE COMMENTS, IF YOU HAVE NOTHING HELPFULL TO SAY , DON'T COMMENT
