So, I call my Insurance company, apparently my policy doesn't cover it so I contact roto rooter. Turns out my main sewer drain was clogged where my downstairs shower was located and that they would have to tear up the concrete floor unclog and replace the pipe. The guys from roto rooter were nice, but they wanted over $4300 from me! Who has $4300 just lying around? I was devasted and had not much money because we had just moved. Instead my realtor refers me to Chris. I'm glad she did! He was professional, kind and understanding of our situation. He changed his schedule just so he could come and help my family out. He and his crew came out and did a great job! He charged me less than half what roto rooter quoted me! So if you need a professional,honest plumber, call Chris!Thank you for your feedback. -
