  Hair Style $1 - Ray, ND (58849) Anyone know a good place I can go have some highlights and low lights done. I want to have my hair done to look similar to the picture. I had it done and I didn't like it, the gal put two chunks of blonde and Red in the front and that was it. I liked the back but the front was awful.
