I live in a manufactured home in a nice park here in Gardnerville. One of the pipes leading to my water heater sprang a small leak and sprayed all over the inside of the enclosure. A bathroom wall and floor are partially affected as are wall, floor and part of ceiling in the spare bedroom, carpet too (mainly in the bedroom closet). All the enclosure walls are affected. There is dark mold over the entire inside of the enclosure. The leaking went on for some time before it was discovered but the leak itself has been repaired. Just because the mold is dark or black does not mean it is toxic black mold. That will need to be determined. Any progression of it stopped and the weather has been very dry. The enclosure door opens from the outside wall of the home. I've kept the bedroom door shut and blocked underneath. I do not have central air that circulates. Neither I nor my pets seem to have any ill effect. Any company names, recommendations, for estimates and reliable repairs of this sort would be appreciated. After I figure out how to go forward I will be renting a UHaul type moving pod that will sit in the driveway, to move everything out of the room and more easily get the work done. Thanks for suggestions and advice.
