I'm quite fond of SoFurry, and DeviantArt works well, though it's obviously not aimed specifically at the furry community. For transformation related work, TransFur's worth participating in.

[These stats](https://www.weasyl.com/journal/88430/alexa-ranking-changes-post-fa-adult-ads) are over two years old (anyone have more recent stats?), but back in mid-2015, the furry art gallery visitor rankings as calculated by Alexa were: 1. FurAffinity 2. Inkbunny 3. Weasyl 4. SoFurry [IB's own stats page](https://inkbunny.net/stats.php) says they had over 24,000 active members in the last day, and almost 47,000 active members in the last week. I'm just a watcher, not an artist, but I like IB and have made it my main furry art site. Weasyl is good too, but I just checked their stats (at the bottom of the home page), and it currently says "432 users active in the last hour; 3481 users active in the last day." That's a pretty big difference compared to IB. So if you're looking for a site with decent traffic that's not FA, I'd say go with Inkbunny.
