  we recently had a tree removed. We had several estimates for the work prior to starting; the price range was outrageous! Some quoted more than $2000 (yes 2 THOUSAND) than we eventually paid paid. So, highly recommend getting several estimates. We ended up using DuBois to remove a large tree, they did a GR8 job. www.duboistreeservice.org/
