  Happy Saturday all, We are looking for some references for a honest licensed electrician. We had a meter installed for a new service which has existing power run into the panel. The breaker on the outside of the panel we have not removed at this point to see if it's the problem. All inside electrical work has been inspected and signed off. Thought I would post this picture if I'm not explaining the situation to understand what's going on. If you would please give some references we would very much appreciate it.   I just had some work done by Charlie at Puget sound electric. It was done right and done quickly and he is super friendly! He even texted me an hour after he left to let me know my wife over paid him. (We gave him a tip for such fast friendly and good work) +1 253-777-2737
