  Www.operationsafe.org we do dogs and cats. We will also vaccinate at time of surgery. We vaccinate yearly boosters and rabies.   Try the Just Animals clinics. They go around to places like Big R and Tractor Supply. The number is 815-830-6568. They have a website with their pricing. It is a low cost clinic. Justanimals.org is the website. It has a calendar of places they will be.
