  There's a website called Nextguru.com. You simply post what you are looking for and you will get a response. You can pay for a trial session and if you do like the person then you pay for their service. I used the service for my son for math and she was good.

  We found a great tutor (not SAT) on a site called nextguru.com. You have to sort through profiles but it's worth a shot for finding someone reasonable.
