About us

We bought our first bee hive in 2013. Since then, we have had increases and decreases in our number of hives. We currently have 6 hives from which we harvest honey. We do not pasteurize (heat) the honey, and filter it once through a metal screen, and once through a layer of cheesecloth, before bottling. We price the honey according to the current market.
