We serve a variety of pizzas made with imported buffalo mozzarella (Mozzarella di Bufala Campana D.O.P.) and our fresh, home-made mozzarella as well as San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes and other Italian tomatoes. All pizzas use 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil. All toppings are made fresh daily or imported from Italy, and the pizzas are baked to perfection at 850 degrees in an Acunto wood-burning brick oven from Naples.
We let the dough rise for 24-48 hours like they do in Naples and the result is a very easy-to-digest pizza.
We recommend the Margherita D.O.P. and Mom's pizzas.
