  I just had a tooth extracted yesterday at Northwest oral & Maxillofacial- 2445 Westfield Dr Elgin 847-931-1248 Did not hurt a bit. Not sure what insurance they take, I paid cash. :( But not a lot of $$

  I had a positive pain-free experience at Northwest Oral across from Sherman. www.nwoms.com It was $200-something (I can't remember exactly what) for one tooth extraction (I got a wisdom and another tooth removed). My insurance is paying for part of it. It was fast and I was terrified but it was incredibly smooth. No complaints from me. Good luck!
