  Anonymous post no. 10413 Hello there!! After some recommendations for a really good mortgage broker as everyone I have tried to call never get back to me. Scenario is that hubby and I have saved about half of a deposit for a house (no we are not first home buyers) we both work full time, our personal debt is very minimal - no credit cards, just a car and small loan repayment and we have a good credit rating. To help us reach our goal we have eliminated every unnecessary expense and live off a strict budget. It is starting to become exhausting and we would really just like to sit with a broker to discuss what options are out there.
