  I want to have a wall built in my backyard. Since I can't get Mexico to pay for it, I was wondering if anybody could give me a rough quote. It would be 4ft high and approximately 60ft long. Some earth would need to be moved because i have a slope that leads to an upper level. I need the wall put in and the slope taken out. TIA
