Morgan Construction is a full service Commercial and Residential Roofing Contractor providing services throughout New England. We are strategically based 1 mile off of interstate 495 in North Billerica MA. The centralized location allows us to dispatch crews to Boston, Southern NH, and Northern MA all within 30 minutes. Morgan Construction has experienced a steadily growing base of loyal and satisfied customers. We provide full roofing system installation crews, as well as a full time maintenance division to protect our customer's properties year round. Morgan Construction is known as one of the regions premier installers of EPDM (rubber), TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin), flat roof systems as well as all steep slope shingle, slate and synthetic slate roofing systems. The company is certified to install roofing systems for Manville, Genflex, RPI, Verisco, GAF, Certainteed and IKO. These products and installations are fully warranted by the manufacturers. Morgan Construction offers extended warranties as well, based upon each projects individual requirements.
