  They did ours after the tornado last year. Worked with our insurance. First adjuster low balled us, they got us a second adjuster and a $7,000 increase! They walked side by side with adjuster and pointed out damage adjuster overlooked. Free estimate can't hurt. They should be there with the insurance person.
