  Only the best vacuum ever! The are like Cutco knives, typically sold door to door. My parents have one and when someone came by our house and did their demonstration, I found myself with one too (Aaron had to have it). I absolutely love mine though and it will last for forever.   If she bought her Kirby new, it should have a lifetime warranty on labor. Go to Kirby.com to get the phone number. You can't order stuff online, but when you call and order bags and stuff they get your order out right away!
