Ideally someone somewhat knowledgeable about baby wearing and/or elimination communication. Also, what's a reasonable rate for watching a toddler and a baby? (2.5 year old and 5 month old)

  I have always nannied, even during the school year, and prefer enannysource.com and sittercity.com. ..rate honestly depends on multiple factors, age of kiddos, locale, and what you are wanting (nanny vs. Sitter). I would be willing to help you out but I'm not sure how close we are.

  Alright. That difficult time has come. We are full force, starting our search for full time daycare, (in home preferably) or someone who would be willing to watch our little man Monday - Friday starting Mid July 2014. We live in Shakopee and both work in Chanhassen/Chaska. Please send suggestions, ideas or contacts. It's soo appreciated!
