  You need Nati Rivera! She lives in, and works out of, the apartments behind Valparaiso's Deli. 609-955-8323 or just go into Valparaiso's and tell them you want to talk to the tailor. She has tailored several concert dresses for me; always very expertly done and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
