I would say a 2008-2010 SUV, jeep, CRV, or even Subaru would be about what we are looking for. However we want to keep under 8000 if possible. We don't want to buy from Craigslist or even this page if we have to just looking for recommend dealers and or sales going on in Idaho or Utah that someone would recommend. Maybe a good experience or purchase you made in the past at a specific dealer that made your experience great? Let me know it would be much appreciated. Photo as an example of size of car.   We went to dave Smith motors. It's in Kellogg Idaho but it is so much cheaper than anywhere else. It was hassle free. And so easy to work with. We were able to buy something brand new with zero miles on it for what dealers around here were wanting for something five years old with lots of miles.
