  Ladies: please share your favorite local salon. I have light brown hair naturally but got some pretty heavy blond highlights last year and they have grown out probably six inches from my scalp. Someone suggested getting balayage (sp?) So that it won't be such a severe contrast. My ultimate goal is to have my natural color back.
