Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
The founder is a born and raised social worker from Amsterdam. It's her passion to work with children in a happy and healthy environment. Barcelona is a city with many opportunities. There are many expat families who are expecting the service they're used to back home.
The Nanny Line stands for satisfied families because of hard working and passionate nannies who feel appreciated for their work.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
In the Netherlands I worked in the Youth Protection Childcare for 5 years. This was a very rewarding job. After this I decided that I wanted to work with families in a positive environment. To ensure that they stay happy and healthy.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Customers get a free trial before they become members with us. We want the families to feel comfortable with us.
