Where can I find used pro audio equipment? I need a set of monitors badly, but I don't have enough money to buy new. Are there places that sell used studio equipment in or around the city?
Edit: I know craigslist exists...thanks. I'm talking about shops that may have surplus equipment.
Edit 2: I'm looking for professional grade studio monitors. Not consumer stereo equipment.

www.123 dj.com has a storefront/warehouse in chicago. they have really good prices and I'm very confident they sell refurb/used stuff also.
Need some financial advice on buying my new dj set up. Can somebody help me out?

I can't find it used for under $800 from a reliable site. I found it for $699 but they had HORRIBLE reviews. People said to stay the hell away from that company. It's 123 dj.com
Audiophiles of Chicago, where can I find high-end audio equipment? I've never been to Chicago before so I was wondering where I can get my hands on some equipment; particularly IEMs, closed headphones (and a few open), portable amps/dacs, and desktop dacs.
EDIT: I'm looking for a few specific heaphones too, the Beyerdynamic DT1350 for portable use, the Audeze LCD-2 for casual listening at home or away, and the Fostex TH900 for my desktop rig. I can't seem to find any Beyer's or Audeze cans in my home country or anywhere else in Asia. Do you think any retailers in Chicago have these pairs?

check out www.123 dj.com they're located in Chicago and have a warehouse/storefront. I've gone to their store before in a jam before parties and such. The pricing is great, and their warehouse is pretty well stocked. The guys are kinda typical "sales guys" but I usually go in there knowing exactly what I want, maybe haggle for a little discount and on my way I go.
DJ's do you have any recommendations for an affordable CD printer? I am just looking for a basic printer made for printing the tops of CD's. Black ink on silver top discs. Anybody have a certain brand or type they recommend?
