Founded in 2012 by Master Smoker David Leidlein, Jayell Smoke House BBQ was created to honor his late father by sharing his father’s love of BBQ with others. It’s with that memory in mind that every sauce and rub is developed. The unique flavors offered by Jayell Smoke House are a result of David’s love of experimenting with different flavor and spice combinations.
