  I'm looking for an energy audit of my house. Got any suggestions? First thing, attic needs insulation (and not all of the attic is accessible).   My advice is not to call an insulation company up front, in case you get one that just wants to sell you stuff. Probably a good home inspector would be better. Tom Corbett at Tomacor is good. In fact, he's so ruthless as an inspector that he scuttles deals all the time. But in your case, he (or one of his guys) will give you good advice on what needs done and what your options are, so the eventual contractor doesn't do anything that's unnecessary, shoddy or dangerous. http://www.tomacor.com/
