Custom Cakes and Sweets by Jen Scott
I decided to take a risk and start baking for clients. I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I am very passionate about it. About 5 years ago I took a beginners cake decorating class and after I thought, "this is what I want to do"....so, here I am trying to learn and get better. Most of my work is from my head and no additional training....practice, practice and more practice. Trust me I have had lots of failed attempts, but that just drives me more! Give me a general idea of what you are looking for and I will go with it and transform your creation into whatever you imagined it to be.
The orders started pouring in! I couldn't be happier. I love seeing the looks on my clients' faces when I deliver or they pick up their order. I put my heart and soul into every single creation.
I am also a party planning extraordinaire! I love organizing and planning events and parties. I can plan a party from beginning to end for you or I can help you with the special details.
I really have to thank my husband, my girls and my friends for supporting me and helping me realize that I can actually do this. They have encouraged me every step of the way. It took me long enough to take the leap, but I finally did and I am so grateful and I am having an awesome time doing this.
