  Need Real Estate Agent Recommendations FREE - Cypress, TX (77433) We are relocating from Cypress to Conroe. Would love to find an agent who can help us find a rental in Conroe and well versed in new builds as we want to sign an agreement to build within 45 days of moving. If this agent can also handle the sell of our home in the Cypress area that's a huge plus but if not we have an agent we can use. We want to be on the market by mid march at the latest hopefully within the next 10 days. That puts us relocating pending contract of our house in the next 30ish days. We need someone very familiar with Conroe who can get an rental agreement for no longer than 1 year as we will be building. Please comment suggestions here and please don't pm and overwhelm my inbox.   Delete if this is not allowed I'm very interested in buying a house, but the roof is 14 years old. Is this bad? How often do you have to replace a roof? How much would it cost on a 1,800 sqft home? Second there is a pool and the heater is broken and the pump leaks? How big of an issue is this? How much would it cost to fix? Do you know anyone who does this kind of work? Please let me know.
