  Go to walmart in the dental section and get a mouth guard...it takes getting used to but i grind in my sleep too and it keeps your teeth from touching... that's what the dentist will tell you because its hundreds of dollars to have a custom mouth guard made..the ones at walmart/target are like $10-$15.
