  Can anyone recommend a dicer? Maybe what I want doesn't exist unless you're buying restaurant equipment, but I want to be able to dice my potatoes, carrots and onions in one step. I don't want to have to slice them before I dice them, and I don't want a piece of plastic that breaks from the density of potatoes. Any tips, or am I in dreamland?
