Are there places in Toronto, like bars, that have kitchens and people who come in and cook one or a few nights a week and SELL their food? So, I guess they'd either rent the kitchen or revenue share?
There are places in Montreal that do this, or used to. The Copa on St Laurent, had the amazing Nantha Kumar in its kitchen but I don't think he *worked* there, per se.
Does Toronto do this? Looking for opportunities for a new business by refugees creating the food of Aleppo.
