  I've been super happy with http://www.prodrainpdx.com/. Reliant was insanely awful - charged me $1500 to jet my septic line (because they kept sending out junior people, then someone to help the junior person, and so on.) Basically I paid to train their staff. I was amazed when I got the bill and they charged me for all of that.
