  I realize this is Ladies who Lunch Ottawa, but do we have any notaries from the Gatineau area? ( or anywhere in Quebec?) I have been in contact with one company several times over the last year and a half, they have done nothing, apologize and say somehow I slipped through, but still every time the same thing. A little silly. All I am looking to do is have a cottage transferred into my name. ( currently it is in both my name and my husbands. As well, years ago his mother had helped us out financially so we had put a mortgage on the cottage ( not through a bank, mortgage was through mother in law ) and mortgage needs to be taken off.
