Hi All! Possible referral for a labor attorney:
A professional woman, mother of 3 children, who was discharged w/o cause from an Anaheim medical-sports training company as their main compliance officer and administrator, and is owed close to $40,000 in back-pay.
She is in immediate assistance now so that she doesn't lose her residence from not being able to pay rent. This type of quick injunctive relief is beyond my scope, especially due to the immediacy of the situation.
