  Hi all. In need of RELIABLE lawncare service for our rental home. We have had now 4 services that simply just stop showing up. We set up auto payments or send venmo or PayPal and pay same day, are super easy going about what day they come (we just ask they come midweek), we pay asking price and we're nice people. Lol. I honestly am at a loss as to why it's so hard to keep someone. Only thing I can think is that due to the smaller yard we need someone with a push mower and maybe most prefer to just use a driving. The last person we hired had 83 5-star reviews on thumbtack and I've just gone by and seen he didn't come again (2nd week in a row now with no notice). If you know of anyone, would greatly appreciate the recommendation!
