Pet Dermatologist Recs in N. Austin? I’ve been dragging my feet on this because I know it won’t be cheap but the mold & pollen has been wrecking havoc on my cat and her fur.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a pet dermatologist near North Austin or Round Rock that can run some tests and get her some relief? Possibly with Sunday hours.
We did a diet trial to rule out food allergies and saw regrowth, but then the cedar spiked at Christmas and so did her over-grooming.

Dr Patrick Nichols at the Animal Allergy and dermatology Center of Central Texas is the best around here. They are located downtown. And yes, it won't be cheap but will totally be worth it. https://www.aadcaustin.com

Not in north Austin, but central https://www.aadcaustin.com I don’t know much about it other than I have driven past it. In the meantime, I know my pooch has the cedar allergies, try Benadryl or zertec. Most human antihistamines work on dogs too. Just do not give anything with a decongestant in it. My girl is 50 lbs and the vet said 2 Benadryl (dogs take more than us for some reason) or one zertec.
Here's a long shot... Anyone know a good dog dermatologist? Big Mac is gluten & grain free (except for when he eats the cat food...) he's still itchy. Benadryl isn't helping.
