  Hello everyone, I'm not very familiar with Halifax but it's my fiances home town and we will be having our wedding their on July 30th. Ceremony is on the tall ship silva, photos at public gardens after and our reception is in the tap house room at the lower deck just a small wedding......so I need to find a Justice of the peace who is available for a non religious relaxed ceremony.....is there a mobile makeup and hair stylist that could come to our hotel to do hair and makeup for a reasonable price?.....as well as suggestion for someone who could make a small cake and perhaps deliver it to the Lower deck, photos of what I like attached (only need 2 tiers) I'm a little out of my element not being local lol
