I a https://www.facebook.com/1518454378459092 m moving to a new space this month by Wild Flour Bakery, LLC and then will start baby and kids classes. The kids will do a mix of martial arts, yoga, movement with music, drumming on the balls, crafts and healthy snack. I will be posting more on my studio page as we get moved in and have a better timeline. 😊

Currently there are walking groups, water aerobics and more.
