About us

Specializing in wild harvest edibles: wild greens, berries, fruit, mushrooms, and more. I lead public forays and "forest-to-table" events where I show students how to find and cook with wild edibles. Also specializing in cultivated oyster mushrooms. I sell my goods to many fine local gourmet restaurants, casinos, and country clubs. I also sell my goods at local farmers markets including the Liberty Lake Market and Kendall Yards Night Market. Also available for public speaking engagements.
