  Tan and I built with Corey Kautz, he owns Northridge Homes & Greenland Homes in Des Moines, we used a pre-existing plan but customized it to our liking (taller basement ceilings, combined the bedrooms into a larger laundry/bathroom/walk in closet) they were great to work with! http://www.northridgehomesiowa.com/contact.html http://www.greenlandhomesiowa.com/ Also we loved http://meadowbrookbuildersllc.com/ and http://www.ortonhomes.com/ but they were WAY out of our budget we wanted to spend.
