  John T. wrote: Do not use this company. I unfortunately did, and have had an horrendous experience. The job was started 8 months ago, and he has been paid in full. I have a leaking roof as he has not been back to put the coping stones on, and he left an extension cable hanging down from my roof. I have been chasing for 4 months to get them to come back and finish the job. There have been so many promises, but I have been let down every time. To make it worse, when he promises he will turn up next Monday, he doesn’t turn up, doesn’t call or send a message, and then refuses to respond when you ring or text him. Now I am having to pay someone else to finish the roof. I still haven’t heard from them, but have told them they will be hearing from my solicitor. Thoroughly disreputable and untrustworthy.
