  I highly recommend Eric Siciliano of Renaissance Remodeling (617) 293-6190 for this sort of work. We made the mistake of using two other general contractors for rubber roof work on our new deck before we went back to Eric, who had redone our roof on the main part of the house. The rubber roof had tons of problems until Eric fixed it. Never had a problem since. He's pretty reasonable on rates too. Tell him I told you to call.
