  my son was in pull ups until he was about 12, we used Byrum. They delivered to our house and medicaid paid for it through a program we were in, from Oregon, called Children's intensive in home services through DHS. Byrum's phone number is 503-233-2201.

  Hi Scott, I deal with this company http://www.byramhealthcare.com/ but never had to order the last 4 items on your list. Look throught the catalogue and you'll get the idea. I know they do medicare and I have a medigap policy that has MORE than ofset the cost.
