  We have a jury trial that's announced ready and the defendant is deaf. Obviously we have scheduled sign language interpreters to be present during the trial. The defendant's attorney is asking for a videographer during the trial that would be videoing only the sign language interpreters for possible errors made during the interpretation of the proceedings for possible appellate purposes. Has anyone ever heard of doing this? If so, any recommendations on videographers?
