  So I've heard great things about crossfit from such fit ladies as Sarah, Jennifer, and Nathalie and want to give it a try. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive, but awesome gym that offers it near Baltimore? Does the YMCA anywhere offer crossfit?

  We meet in the parking lot of Mosaic Church at 2 pm on Wednesdays, 7180 Troy Hill Drive, Elkridge, MD 21075. FYI, it is an industrial park. Usually we start off in the lobby stretching then go out back and do drills so bring layers. If it's too cold we do it inside the lobby area. I will message my cell in case you need it.
