Vicki L. wrote: Awful experience. Company is not paying the plumbing contractor. We (as the paying customer) had to handle multiple issues on our own. Poor quality and absolutely no follow up and horrible communication. Job was "finished" in June after 7 long months of issues and now owes us/customer $2,000 and is unwilling to pay what is owed to us. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
